NFL Player Names Who Took A Knee During Sunday’s Veteran’s Day Memorial
Yesterday, three NFL players chose to take a knee during a Veterans Day celebration set up by the NFL to honor members of the U.S. military. While folks can disagree with the reasons why many NFL players are protesting the National Anthem, there is no excuse for what these three players did on Sunday and all should be fired by their team owners or at least be banned from ever playing football in the National Football League, again.
The league pretty much begged the players not to take a knee during this event and the clear majority did stand during the 2-minutes of silence as they were requested to do. However, there were 3-players who went ahead and took a knee anyway and for that reason alone they should be banned from ever playing in the NFL, again.
The names of those three players are - Eric Reid and Marquise Goodwin, San Francisco 49ers, and Olivier Vernon, New York Giants,. Every American should be outraged by what these men did even after the NFL, who pays them millions of dollars per year, begged them not to do it. It's time for all three of them to lose their multi-million dollar per year salaries and get a real job. And maybe, along the way, learn how to show some respect to our military.
