There is so much killing and violence in the world today that some people are starting to ask the question, 'is God coming back soon to put an end to it?' While no one knows the exact date and time the Lord will return, sadly things have been much worse on this Earth in the past than they are now.

That said, I do think the world is becoming more violent, because most folks have lost what little morality they had to begin with. Recently, a friend told me that he was having a hard time dealing with things in the world today. Simply put, conduct that use to be wrong is now okay and being that he chooses to live a simple life, he does not understand how to live successfully in an America without rules or decency.

In a world where anything is okay, it’s no wonder that average people are scratching their heads wondering what is going to happen next. The United States use to be a Christian nation where right and wrong was based on the words of Christ and the bible. That is no longer the case. In fact, there are millions of Americans who not only reject the teachings of the bible, but work tirelessly to find ways to stop others from following its teachings, as well.

While I don’t know what the next terrible news event will be, I certainly believe it will not be long before it happens. The world does not work correctly when there are not at least some rules teaching folks what is right and wrong. And until people figure that out and abandon their narcissistic ways, more and more terrible things will continue to happen on a more frequent basis.
