As a father in Fort Worth was tucking his kids into bed tonight, he heard a loud bang. When he went to investigate he discovered that an intruder had knock down his front door and entered the residence.

The two men scuffled, and the father shot the intruder who died inside the home. This home invasion occurred on Camp Bowie West Blvd. The father suffered minor injuries and is being treated at a local hospital. The name of the home invader has not been released.
