The elephant in the room.

In a corporatist system of government, where corporate power is inseparably intertwined with state power, corporate censorship is state censorship. Every horrible thing the US government accuses other nations of doing is something it itself does as a matter of routine. Increasingly authoritarian control over information and communication is just one more example of this.[1]
Legislative intent.
In a country whose highest court can discover that homosexuals and "transgenders" are protected from discrimination on the basis of "sex" for purposes of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, perhaps we can look to the Court to discover that private tech giant censorship is really, um, like government censorship and thus not free of the First Amendment's command.

While they're at it they could look at the strange notion that the tech giants are publishers not mere information conduits and therefore not immune from civil suits, that Supreme Court "jurisprudence" on the Interstate Commerce Clause is a betrayal of the constitutional order, that government by billionaire and foundation is also a betrayal of the constitutional order, that U.S. District Court orders do not have nationwide effect, and that Kamala Harris isn't a natural born citizen even if not one "responsible" media sewer pipe will even mention the issue (shhh).

Crazy talk, I know given the present sacred hierarchy of government policy:

  1. constitutional expediency,
  2. abortion,
  3. censorship,
  4. crucifixion of Julian Assange, Bradley Manning, and Michael Flynn,
  5. ignoring Hillary Clinton's crime,
  6. endless foreign war,
  7. bizarre hostility to all things Russian,
  8. ignoring Biden family corruption,
  9. ignoring Groper Joe's dementia,
  10. regime change for regimes that are not our enemies,
  11. sanctions on foreigners who have not harmed us,
  12. leftists street thuggery,
  13. cultural disaster,
  14. spineless state and local government,
  15. a lunatic educational system,
  16. life-crushing educational costs for students,
  17. celebration of the lifestyle of homosexuals,
  18. pandering to the sexually confused,
  19. unrestrained monopoly,
  20. ballot integrity that's a cruel joke,
  21. monetary, fiscal, and debt lunacy,
  22. entitlement lunacy,
  23. destruction of the economy in the guise of "dealing" with the "pandemic,"
  24. impoverishing American workers,
  25. enriching the 1%,
  26. importing welfare parasites and/or job thieves, and
  27. guaranteeing amnesties and a "pathway to citizenship" for hostile, leftist invaders.
This is presented to foreigners as "our democracy." In reality it's a one-way ticket to economic, cultural, political, and national disaster.
