At Beijing:

Kim Shin-wook scored the only goal of the match in the 17th minute as Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors locked up top spot in Group G by knocking off Beijing FC 1-0 on the road.

At Kawasaki, Japan:

Hulk scored twice (6', 71') as Shanghai SIPG gained a 2-2 road draw with Kawasaki Frontale to stay one point ahead of the Japanese club for the second knockout-stage berth from Group H.

Leandro Damiao (13') and Shogo Taniguchi (66') each scored once for the hosts.
