According to the Reuters report, Russia has used a closely guarded communications channel with America’s top general "to propose the two former Cold War foes cooperate to rebuild Syria and repatriate refugees to the war-torn country, according to a U.S. government memo."^[1]

Is there no END to this man’s evil deeds? First he relentlessly bombed Serbia. Then he waged an illegal war on Libya and Syria. Then he overthrew the elected government of Ukraine. Then he participated in the bombing of Yemen.
