Have you been finding yourself picking up a bit too much of the energy of others of late? Perhaps you are not even aware of it, but you have noticed that people are responding or feeling differently to you? There has been a bit of shift happening and some of the empaths have been taking on and getting caught in the energy and drama of others as if it is there own. They are literally taking on the personalities of others in some cases, or just the mental aspect of everything or even just the emotional aspect of things. It doesn't really matter which category you find yourself in if your an empath, what matters is to become aware of it now. Don't beat yourselves up when you find this happening, use it as a tool to help you become more conscious of what is going on. 

Instead of wondering what you did wrong, or what has changed, check in with yourself first. Don't make assumptions of what it is, just check in. Ask yourself if your thoughts and feelings are yours or someone else's? Clear yourself regularly, especially when you have been around others. And don't forget to bring in your energy field (Just call it in, it knows). You only need to be out there when you are in the bushes and you need to be alert for lions, tigers, and bears! 

Thought for today: 
Take a deep breath and then clear the energy field around you. Bring your energy to just around your body and set it there. Then ask yourself if the thoughts and feelings you have been feeling are yours or someone else's? If it goes, it is someone else's, if it stays, it is something for you to deal with.
