Group-stage play in the AFC Champions League continued on Tuesday with eight games.


GROUP A:


At Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:


Moamen Zakaria scored the winning goal in the 30th minute as Al-Ahli defeated Al-Jazira 2-1 on the road as both clubs are heading to the knockout stage.


At Tehran, Iran:


Abdulaziz Hatem scored the winning goal in the 76th minute as Al-Gharafa defeated Tractor Sazi 3-1 on the road.

1. Al-Ahli (GP: 6; GD: +5; PTS: 14)
2. Al-Jazira (GP: 6; GD: 0; PTS: 8)
3. Al-Gharafa (GP: 6; GD: +3; PTS: 8)

Abdelrahman Fahmi scored the only goal of the match as Al-Duhail defeated visiting Al-Wahda 1-0 to complete a perfect group-stage campaign.


At Tashkent, Uzbekistan:


Morteza Tabizi's goal in the 25th minute proved vital as Zob Ahan gained a 1-1 road draw with Lokomotiv Tashkent which enabled the Iranian club to advance to the knockout stage.


Islom Tukhtakhodjaev scored for the hosts in the 90th minute.

At Kashima, Japan:


Dejan Damjanovic scored the only goal in the 31st minute as Suwon Samsung Bluewings clinched top spot in Group H with their 1-0 road win over fellow knockout-stage qualifiers Kashima Antlers.
