The Vision Alignment Project
In conjunction with "good working conditions," we see a world where workers take responsibility for the job they have contracted to do.
Where workers are honest about their abilities and capabilities and only apply for positions they are qualified to perform.
Where they give their full attention to their job during the hours they are working and perform their work to their utmost ability, with integrity, honesty and passion.
Where they areperforming duties they enjoy and they cherish the thought of being able to be of service.
Where everyone works with a smile, with focus and compassion for others, with politeness and the intention of giving their total attention to the wonderful work they are performing.
