The Questions:
Implications of duality
QUESTION: Masters, can you clarify duality. If something good and positive is happening in one part of the world then something negative and bad must happen elsewhere to retain a balance! Is there a way to rise above this duality through meditation, how can one do good in the world knowing that something bad will happen elsewhere? May I also ask why are so many souls incarnating at this time, nearly 7 billion? Are they mostly young souls? What is the big attraction for them, is the world approaching a crucial point, will human kind be moving into a new higher dimension away from duality. Surely source must have had enough experience of duality by now and be looking for a change? ~David, UK.
ANSWER: Earth was established so that souls could experience the opposite of the perfection (shown by unconditional love) which is its essence. The planet is an equal division of positive and negative energies. If one soul moves toward its unconditional love by shedding negative ideas and actions it shifts the negative debris outward to some soul seeking to have use of that energy for its lessons. Someone does not just get the shifting negativity by default – it is an essential part of their life experience and needed to fulfill their desires.
Getting out of the degree of negativity into which you brought yourself can be done through meditation or a conscious practice of recognizing and choosing to avoid negativity. What is necessary is exiting the ego judgment of society and approaching the unconditional love of the Universe. Individually this is possible through the use of meditation, or even conscious intention.
Your question concerning “doing good” means that you are staying within the judgement and deciding or judging what in your determination is better for someone else regardless of what their choices are. They may choose to spend time in negativity in order to learn about abuse, control, anger, hatred, or a myriad of other lessons. It is not for one soul to make decisions for another. Good and bad are judgments. A soul comes down for its own learning process not to spend time working on what it thinks another soul needs to do. Just take care of your own growth.
The number of souls currently on Earth is the number which can be accommodated by the circumstances afforded for learning. A few are new souls but the majority are older souls “perfecting” their knowledge in a particular lesson toward mastering it. The consciousness of the planet is changing based on the wisdom gathered by the souls inhabiting it. It will always remain a duality for experimentation of souls.
Source has more pans in the fire then just the duality of Earth. It observes the existences of souls on other planets and engaged in other pursuits. Earth is still the only place a soul can grow in understanding of the powers and abilities available to it from Source’s energy. If you had one more thing you wished to truly understand would you like it if the person in front of you, on the way to incarnation was declared to be the last and you weren’t going to be able to follow your desires?
Your Merkabah or “lightbody”
Alexandra from Romania asks: “how do I activate my Merkabah?” This was asked five years ago and our answer was quite comprehensive so we choose to repeat it.
QUESTION: Masters on our spiritual journey of learning and experiencing can we access our lightbodies or merkabah without going on a course?? Can we “Remember” ourselves? If we ask the masters will they help us to sense, feel, and communicate with our lightbody? ~Sian, United Kingdom.
ANSWER: The merkabah or lightbody has been a part of your history since recorded time. Religions see it as the chariot that carries the person to heaven. Mysticism proclaims it the vehicle to ascend from the physical third dimension into higher realms of existence. We associate the terms with the essence of who each of you is as a soul—your Source energy.
Your question then becomes something like: is it possible for me to recognize who I truly am without following someone else’s path, e.g., by taking a course with someone else’s method of recalling who they are? The answer is yes! Interestingly enough, a soul’s purpose for having a human life is to try to remember who they are and what abilities they have in their essential state.
There are a number of methods for activating the lightbody or merkabah to assist in the enlightenment of the body. It may be done on a totally physical level. The energy that creates the vehicle is in the form of a star tetrahedron. This looks like two three-sided triangles with one pointing up and one pointing down. A flat presentation is what most call the Star of David.
In physicality there are three star tetrahedrons around the human body. When one is spun clockwise and another counterclockwise, an electromagnetic energy radiates outward looking similar to a spaceship. The innermost tetrahedron becomes the vessel allowing the human body to travel wherever it desires. Intention is the driving force—where you intend to go, you do.
In meditation, hypnosis, or self-hypnosis it is possible to access your energy or light body without having to involve the physical you. Your soul essence may travel without the encumbrance of the body and easily ascend and visit other dimensions. In all cases of “remembering” who and what you are and reconnecting with that knowledge, your intention is the driving force. “Think it and it shall be” is our motto.
Practice to perfect easy transition from one form to another is important. Your guides and all here will be more than happy to support you, but you must determine which is the best and most comfortable way for you. As in all things there is no one way to do things on Earth. The more you can let go of judging what you are trying to accomplish, the easier it will become.
Consequences of choosing life period
QUESTION: Masters, I am confused on the topic of souls choosing the time of incarnation on earth. You said souls can choose a time in history to experience. But I thought only one soul can be in a human at one time. And wouldn’t the souls free will and decisions change the future? ~Michael, Australia.
ANSWER: With few exceptions, the rare attachments of one soul who has left its body and does not want to return Home to another’s body being the most common one, only one soul may inhabit the same body at one time. If you think only in a linear fashion going back in time to live a pre-determined existence would seem to be two souls within the same body. But what we are referring to is the ability to undergo the same experiences in a slightly different, or parallel, lifetime with the one you wish to recreate.
It is very much like a well-known play where the lead role is played by different people in different cities, but it looks identical to the audience. The performance of actor two does nothing to change the actions of actor number one. Time is not linear when going from soul to soul.
An individual soul will have memories of what it has done in another life – that is why your past life memories of uncompleted life lessons can affect a subsequent life. That energetic holdover affects only the individual and not anyone who is sharing either a prior or subsequent existence, so the activity of someone from your group does not change your actions unless you choose for them to affect you.
All souls still have freedom of choice regardless of whether the life is one chosen from the “catalog” of previously lived lives or something new they dreamed up themselves. Say you wanted to be the first man to step on the moon. Your performing that in an alternative dimension does not change Neil Armstrong’s legacy of being the first in this present timeline.
You are influenced only by the dimensional timeline you chose to enter. It is possible to replay an event several times to explore alternative outcomes without affecting anyone but the one you are presently running through.

Ana Maria from Portugal asks the Masters: I’m from Portugal but living in Holland. I came here for love. Didn’t work and I’m now living from my daughter. I feel lost. I should stay Holland or go Portugal? I have nothing in both. I still love my ex.
Answer: You have freedom of choice. The only thing you need to do is examine the options and then make a decision. Just sitting there asking the question without looking at the options is not accomplishing anything. What feels right to you? Whom do you have as a support system for you and your daughter in each place? How would you support yourself? When you have these answers, your direction will be clearer.
Karina from Brazil asks the Masters: My husband and I did not thrive. For years we have lived in cycles of financial gain and loss, we are now severely indebted, and desperate, we have three children. Please, we would like to know why and what to do.
Answer: Don’t sit there in the “poor me” place. You create your own reality, so draw to yourself the things you need to move forward. Your ups and downs mirror the times you have gone from positive energy into negative pits. Get rid of the negativity, which only attracts more negativity, and bring in the positive loving energy. Stop sabotaging your success by accepting failure. See your life on an upward path.
Carolina from Brazil asks the Masters: My mom and I never got along. I have been trying to work on my spirituality, but I feel that negative energies accompany her and damage our relationship and our evolution. I find it difficult to show love for her, despite feeling it, because of the wounds. I do not know what to do to improve the relationship and if it is possible to do it alone.
Answer: It takes two people to create a relationship, and, in this case, your mother has no intention of changing. She is a very unhappy person and does not believe that anything in her life can change or get better. She resents the peace and understanding you receive through your spiritual studies and is doing everything she can to make you as miserable as she. All you have to do is love the soul who has chosen such a difficult life – you don’t have to love the physical person. Don’t react to her actions; just send her love.
Isabela from Brazil asks the Masters: Why is it I feel so scared to tell people the truth?
Answer: You are afraid of being criticized and having people question your reasoning, because you lack confidence and faith in your deductions. If you speak your truth and no one agrees – so what? You will feel good for sharing your truth and sorry that the others cannot see what you can.
Willian from Brazil asks the Masters: I wonder why my life is not in any area? It seems I did not live at all. I would also like to know why my mother harms me as much as my father thinks we have to always let go of her family's unfavorable feelings?
Answer: You refuse to make your own decisions and, instead, rely upon what others say and do; therefore, you have no individual life. This is why you have not lived a separate life from those around you. Your father knows that you can be harmed by someone else only if you let them affect you. Consider that your mother’s family is perpetually unhappy and is trying to get you to join them in their negativity. The choice is yours to just stand back and observe their dysfunctional ways without participating.
JWB from Brazil asks the Masters: My wife suffers with terrible headaches since she was a Child. Is there anything I can do to help her?

Answer: This affliction is part of your wife’s life lessons. The only thing that you can do is be there to comfort her and help treat the symptoms as they occur. This is partially connected to a past life, and a session with a good hypnotherapist may help if she is ready.

I lived with this man for 7 years, and I feel I was just completely happy and in peace for the first 3 months. After that, there was still love, but we started a very hard spiritual journey where I always felt criticized and incomplete for most of time. I had 3 abortions in a row, always getting pregnant the same month of the year. And also get sick, with asthma because of one of them. Now, I don’t know if I love him anymore and even if it is possible for us, to have a heathy relationship one day. I am confused. Can you help me?
Answer: You had such expectations for your life that you didn’t really participate in any of the decisions. You have been a puppet of this man, not a sharing partner. You have to decide if this is serving you or if you are allowing yourself to be stuck. The abortions bother you more than you will admit. Evaluate what is best for you. On the spiritual plane, nothing is right or wrong, but this is your learning experience and it is difficult to do it in the shadow of another.
Gabi from Brazil asks the Masters: First of all, thank you masters for the help you give to me and thousands of souls! I feel constantly lost in what I must do to stabilize myself in different aspects. I love drawing and would like to work and use art to help others, but I feel like I’m always confused and judging my steps, with no ways to organize and set a focus. Could you help me with that?
Answer: A major issue for you is self-confidence and trusting yourself. Unless someone immediately agrees with a decision you reach, you second-think it and frequently change your mind. What you need to do is stop running in circles and stand firmly enough to examine what you are considering without letting any outside influence interfere. See what feels right to you, and then proceed in that direction. Don’t wait for the opinion of others.

I always got in doubt about my feelings for him. I think I can't love him, but also I cannot leave him, and I am now in serious depression condition. What can I do about to find happiness and cure myself?
Answer: You have given yourself over to this man and do not make any decisions for yourself. He was just a comfortable known quantity for you, so you married him. You don’t love him because you are not sure what love is, particularly for yourself. A person can love another only to the extent that they love themselves. He represents the need to exercise your freedom of choice in which way you want your life to go. You must take responsibility for your future in order to find happiness by choosing that which makes you happy.

Answer: This fear has two reasons for being in your life. First, it represents that you are shying away from, and burying yourself to keep away from, the truths in this life. Secondarily, you were buried alive in a prior life and still carry emotional baggage that will remain until you address the feelings that experience gave you.
