Quiet your mind and let your soul speak to you. It is important for your sense of wellbeing to get out of your way and allow. It is in the attempt to control the things you can't control that blocks start happening and the cycle of frustration continues. When this happens, stop for a moment, take some deep breaths, and remind yourself to relax and release your expectations for a bit and just allow things to unfold.

Make peace with the present moment. This is where the manifestation takes place, no where else, and there is no other time that isn't now. When you are open and allowing, without judgement, life happens. And this 'Now' place is exactly what you came here to experience.

The Thought for today is: Relax and Allow. When you let go of expectation, you find peace and acceptance. 

And so it is.

You are dearly loved and supported always, the angels.
