Clear your mind, still your heart, and find peace in your soul. Take some quiet time for yourself to get really, really clear and find a bit of peace for yourself. This will do wonders in re-balancing your energy, rejuvenating your stamina and finding your courage.
Remember that every situation is temporary, whether you deem it good or bad, this too shall pass. Hold on to the good ones during the hard ones and let them help you through the ones that are more challenging. We know that some days you are just tired and fed up, and these are exactly the days when you need to take yourself away for a bit and get clear and find peace in your soul.
The Thought for today is: There is a beautiful strength within you. Take yourself away to a special place where you can clear your find and find peace in your soul.
