Interpreting the message in a cycle is sometimes a challenge when you are looking at it yourself and from the same perspective that created the experience. Continually we see people hanging on to what was and what is and failing to see that it is exactly this mindset that is keeping them mired in exactly what they no longer want to experience. They have forgotten that in order to receive different results, they must change the record they are playing in their thoughts and their habits.
If you want to change the way your life is currently unfolding, change the way you are looking at things. Look away to a better thought as soon as the old ones come in and don't let them live there anymore. They will come and they will visit, just don't let them in for very long. As you practice this, not only will it become easier, you will see the tangible results manifesting in your life.
Always remember it is entirely up to you where you keep your thoughts. Keep some supportive, 'what you desire to create' affirmations around and use them during the challenging times to help you shift your mindset. It might seem like work at first, but you are worth the effort!
The Thought for today is: "I am filled with energy and enthusiasm for life and I know that more and more wonderful opportunities are coming my way."
And so it is.
