In order to hear the musings of spirit within, you must learn to quiet the mind. It might seem daunting at first, but quickly you will learn when you choose to do it.
When you first begin, it helps to set the stage. Create a ceremony before your meditation time so that you will begin to prepare yourself for this precious time of connection with all that is. It is sometimes hard to explain the joy one feels when they reach this state, and so we encourage you to try. There is much to be learned in the silence.
Take the time to find your bliss, your special place, the beauty of the quiet. It will amaze you how much this special time will mean to your well being, your growth, and your understanding.
The Thought for today is: "Breathe deeply and find your inner peace. Find that quiet place within you that just is and find your bliss."
And so it is.
You are dearly loved and supported always, the angels.
