Devin Kelley, From New Braunfels, Identified As Only Church Shooter

Police have identified the lone shooter at Sutherland Springs Baptist Church as Davin Kelley, from New Braunfels, Texas. No motive for his rampage has been released at this time.

More than two dozen people were killed when Kelley opened fire during the Sunday morning church service. At least 8-people have survived and were taken to Brooke Army Hospital by helicopter in San Antonio.
